About our attorney:
Alan Smith is Tallahassee Legal Counsel’s founder. He is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law and a member of the Florida Bar. Mr. Smith is licensed to practice in all state courts and the federal Northern District of Florida. While at FSU, Mr. Smith received the College of Law’s Pro Bono Service award. He worked in the Public Interest Law Center’s Family Law Clinic. After graduation, Mr. Smith worked as a clerk and attorney for a number of private law firms before opening Tallahassee Legal Counsel.
